Vermont - Virginia Lesbian Custody Battle Update

A Vermont judge dissolved the civil union between two lesbians who have been fighting in court over custody of their child. I've blogged many times about this case case before, and it is truly a sad case. The women, Isabella Miller and Janet Jenkins, had moved to Vermont after having a baby together, but the relationship soured and the child's biological mom, Ms. Miller, moved back to Virginia with the child. She claims to be "ex-gay" and enlisted the help of a right-wing legal group to try to prevent the non-biological mom from seeing their child.

This case isn't over yet; I'll keep you posted.

Shame on you people who support the harm and agony caused to the child involved in this. Why can't you think of a childs well being before your self. This is what makes it hard to have empathy or understanding for those of you who choose the gay lifestyle.
