HIV Travel Ban Partly Repealed

Yesterday the president signed into law a bill that lifts a ban on immigrants who are HIV-positive. This is welcome news and a huge step in the right direction, but HIV+ travelers are still barred from entry by the Department of Health and Human Services which lists HIV as a communicable disease barring entry.
